New Core System and eBanking Platform Upgrade Timeline
Bridge Bank is undergoing a system upgrade the weekend of June 4, 2011. We
are excited about the upgrade as it will allow us to provide you with many
enhanced online banking features, services and benefits. Please see important
dates about our upcoming technology enhancements, and check back regularly
to see what is new or in progress.
How Will This Upgrade Impact Our Clients?
While Bridge Bank is making efforts to minimize client impact through this
conversion, some changes will affect clients. Learn more

Preview period open for new Business eBanking system. Clients
are required to:
- Log in and change temporary password
- Re-enroll in secure sign-on
features (image, phrase and challenge questions)
- Administrators
review and update user rights
- Become familiar with
new system
- Review key payment templates
- No transactions may be
processed
During the preview period, Bridge Bank will provide:
- A special support center to assist clients by phone from
7 AM – 5 PM PT (see Contact Us for phone numbers)
- Training resources available online
- System demo
- Pre-recorded Webinars
Clients with complex banking needs will have been contacted
to schedule appointments to review the new system. |

Systems Conversion Weekend:
- Business and Personal eBanking systems will be unavailable
- Core and eBanking systems are converted over the weekend
- Special cut off statement will be prepared for deposit
clients
- Loan billing statements will be prepared for certain
loan accounts
