Help Desk Support Technician, Information Technology, San Jose, CA

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answers, evaluates, and prioritizes incoming telephone, voicemail, e-mail, and in-person requests for assistance from users experiencing problems with hardware, software, telephony, networking and other computer-related technologies.
  • Ensures reported problems and work requests related to general network use, personal computers and related systems, general application help, password resets, and other computer/network related problems are properly resolved in a timely manner by analyzing problems and developing solutions.
  • Logs and tracks all problems and work requests in help desk and asset management software system;
  • Responsible for end-user controls, system user account creation, deletion, and modification in Active Directory and financial software applications.
  • Escalate non-technical problems (e.g. facilities) to appropriate vendor, department, or employee as needed.
  • Perform installation, repair and preventative maintenance of personal computer, laptops and related systems.
  • Build new / replacement workstations, desktop images and software application installation and distribution.

Education/Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
  • Expert understanding of desktop / laptop computer hardware, network printers, and wireless devices.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft XP, Microsoft Office 2003/2007, and Outlook 2007.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Server 2003 and Microsoft Exchange 2007
  • Experience supporting common banking applications is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of common LAN/WAN networking technologies and TCP/IP protocols as well as DHCP and DNS concepts.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, sound judgment, dedication and reliability.
  • High school diploma and Comp TIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Professional designation preferred.

Working Conditions/Physical Demands:

  • The physical demands include close vision for computer work, standing, sitting, and repetitive use of hands and fingers, occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.

Vice President, Portfolio Manager – Capital Finance Group, San Jose, CA

Major Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing a moderate to complex asset-based and factoring loan portfolio.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Clear understanding of commercial financial statement analysis along with strong accounting skills.
  • Interviews loan applicants to develop information concerning their business, needs, abilities, collateral and revenue model to determine whether a loan may be an acceptable credit risk. Obtains and analyzes all necessary financial data.
  • Able to make credit approval decisions on loans and terms within own lending limits, or makes recommendations to appropriate lending authority.
  • Manage client relationships with varying degrees of complexity.
  • Ability to underwrite and structure collateral based transactions / updates / action plans of client accounts with varying degrees of complexity.

  • Must promote excellent client relations (internal and external).
  • Develop new business as required.
  • Complete understanding or ability to quickly understand internal Bank departments/process in order to complete banking functions.
  • Understands or is able to quickly understand Bridge Bank regulations and policies.
  • Able to develop and manage a team of Portfolio Managers with varying experience levels.

Supervisory/Management Responsibilities:

  • Previous management experience is preferred.

Education/Experience Requirements:

Loan Documentation Specialist – Note Department, San Jose, CA

Major Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for documenting and reviewing complex commercial loans while ensuring compliance with Company policy and procedures.
  • Conduct Due Diligence and ensure collateral perfection via the UCC or other perfection methods on all types of assets including, Intellectual Property, Real Property, Motor Vehicles, Securities, and other various collateral.
  • Coordinate assistance from, and works closely with, Bank’s legal counsel.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Complete understanding of UCC/Intellectual Property/Collateral perfection. Able to run, review and analyze UCC searches and file UCC financing statements as well as complete other methods of collateral perfection.
  • Review and understand Loan Approvals, including complex pricing structures, and prepare the appropriate Loan Documents and related contracts need to address the Loan Approvals with little to no supervision.
  • Monitor and maintain the daily documentation pipeline and efficiently direct the workflow thereof. Assists tracking and reporting the team’s performance.
  • Maintains loan documentation library and templates.
  • Reviews loan files prior to loan booking to ensure compliance with Loan Approval.
  • Identify, input and maintain outstanding tickler items to ensure follow-up items are being reported, tracked and resolved properly.
  • Understand and enforce Bridge Bank policies and procedures as well as Federal, State and other regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in maintaining various department reports.
  • Responsible for the daily delivery of the highest level of service to both internal and external clients.

Requirements:
